PNG to JPG works on the file you upload. Adjust the options, then select Process ▸ and it runs entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded to a server — then shows the result in the Output panel.

- Meet a requirement for JPG specifically.
- Cut the weight of a photograph that was saved as PNG, where JPEG is far more efficient.
{ } Limitations
- Transparency is filled with white. JPEG has no alpha channel, so any transparent area becomes a solid white block, which is wrong on a dark page. Use PNG to WebP when you need transparency in a smaller file.
- JPEG is lossy and this is one-way: converting back to PNG will not restore what is discarded here.
- Metadata is not carried over, because the canvas round-trip drops EXIF.

Is this tool free?
Yes — it’s completely free and needs no sign-up.
My logo has a white box around it now. Why?
Because it had a transparent background and JPEG cannot store one, so the transparency was filled with white. That is the format, not a setting you can change. Convert to WebP instead: it keeps transparency and is smaller than PNG.
